Post Strike Office

Well, it has been months since the writer’s strike started and a short time since it ended and the best show on television starts back up tonight.  Lisa and I, like many in the church and the world are huge fans of The Office and are stoked that it will premiere the first episode of the second half of the season tonight at 9pm.  I hear it is going to awesome.

Send me a message tomorrow and let me know what you thought of the episode.

  1. Well, this was not at all what I expected to see from The Office for it’s first show back. I understand they need to “progress the plot”, but this was actually a somewhat depressing episode for me. I spent most of it feeling loathing towards Jan, and the rest of it feeling like Michael should be man enough to get out of the relationship. My guess is, they are using this as a way to get Jan out of the show, as I know that someone is leaving by the end of the season. I have to say the best part was when Jim tries to come up with an excuse to leave the party, and Pam almost gets stuck staying there by herself. lol But all in all, to quote another show I watch alot, The Office last night was a bit “witchy” in parts and it was just alright for me…it was just alright.

  2. Although the show is built around awkwardness, they went overboard.

  3. agreed. Though I still watched it twice.
